Man if your from England I feel sorry for you... I did 5 months there it was hard time bad food,bad weather, and Everybody was pissed off. Only good thing was Walk up Bookmaker shops and The chicks were hotter than i thought they would be. If your from Sweden then yeah i hate you ... Lucky bastard!

As someone who has lived extensively in the UK and the US I think the general attitude to life/social life/gambling/ is remarkably similar and for that reason you could come from either country and live in the other, it really isn't that different. I'd also include Australia, New Zealand and Canada among others.

I think you'll find the Nazis occupied every European country apart from Great Britain. The French lasted two weeks and that was two weeks longer than the Dutch. Considering Great Britain is the size of San Diego to Santa Barbera i think you'll find we've consistently punched above our weight in any conflict you care to name. As Churchill said, we'll fight them on the beaches, but they never made it that far.

Also, for a nation 400 miles long, what language are we speaking right now?
