WagerUp bonus dispute
UPDATE: BTG Global management has addressed this dispute. BTG has clarified that the player's statement of having limits from $22-$82.50 is false. The player was limited after placing one parlay and two alleged steam wagers, and given the following limits: $200 for NBA straight, $100 ML & total, as well as $75 NCAAB straight, $50 ML & total. BTG states the player is 21% of the way through his current rollover, and is able to continue playing or accept a prorated portion of his bonus winnings.
A WagerUp (SBR rating C) player writes in with a bonus dispute. The player deposited $200 and received a 100% (30x RO) cash bonus. The player claims his first wager was a winning two-team parlay. The player also claims that WagerUp lowered his limits to $30 for parlays and between $22-$82.50 for straight bets. The player still must meet almost $10,000 in rollover with these revised limits. The player asks that he either receive a refund of his deposit + all winnings derived from the bonus, or that WagerUp restore reasonable account limits. SBR is following up on this sportsbook complaint.
