Great site. I'm new and apologize for asking what may be already known info to some, but here goes:

I requested 2 withdrawals on 9/1/08, and received both checks about a week later. However, both checks turned out to be no good. I was told that the account from the bank that the checks were written from was frozen????? Wtf does this mean and how and by whom is it possibly frozen? I'm worried sick now that I may be screwed out of close to 5 grand on these two checks and more to come.....I also requested another withdrawal check on 9/8/08 that they are telling me is still pending. By the way, all three of these withdrawal requests were at or near the $2500 max withdrawal amount. After reviewing the many posts here on this topic I realize that from time to time withdrawals are slow due to processing delays... Sorry to ask but could someone kindly explain in brief what processing delays mean and how or if it might be relating to this mysterious frozen accounts??? Thanks very much for any reassuring advice anyone can give.

I've been getting checks with no issues at all from them. I have not had any issues like that. A check cleared last week. Did the bank tell you this???????????????

This is not good at all as I have many checks that I have recently put in the bank infact one I requested last Friday it came on Wednesday I put it in the bank the other day.....

Also have 2 I'm waiting on. Please let me know what is going on.....

I just called my bank and everything is OK from checks deposited 9/1 and 9/6

I spoke to sportsbetting the guy I know there says they havne't had any issues in months. he would tell me if they did to be honest with you...

Also they have no clue about the checks I called today about a check I received on Wednesday they told me it should process today.

this entire thread seems very odd to me. Its maked Sportsbetting.com delays....then when you read the post it talks NOTHING about delays and talks about bounced checks? It also says he put in requests on 9/1 Labor day and received them about a week later. That would have been Monday...this monday....just seems quite odd to me the more I read this post. If you put in for a check on Monday you will get it today or at worst monday. Says nothing about talking to sportbetting....the whole post seems strange to me

Yes. My bank actually did the research for me. Whatever processing center they were using I've received a couple checks from in the previous months no problem, but my 9/1/08 checks were no good. My bank called their bank (and the actual processor they use) and found that the account was frozen. I contacted sportsbetting.com multiple ways and e-mailed them scanned fronts & backs of the 2 bad checks per their requests and they said they found the problem and would reissue me checks soon. I was just wondering if anyone knew why their account would be frozen and why they keep having to change processors??

No. These checks actually say EZ Pay at the top with the words Rebate Check in upper left hand corner. They are from a Minnesota bank.

Sorry about the 'delay' heading man. I should have titled it differently I guess.

Thanks for the responses. I have had absolutely no problems in the past with withdrawals, but just a little worried about my recent encounters and am hoping everything works out with this.

yes, I requested on 9/1 and actually received both checks on 9/4 (in only 3 days) which was absolutely fantastic! However, they bounced which petrifies me. Also, my 9/6 withdrawal request is still pending. All of my previous requests did not even have a pending time period but the check usually showed up at my door 3 or 4 days later. I'm hoping its just this 'processor' delay thing. I just don't know what this 'delay' means, what the 'frozen account' means, and why they have to keep changing processors. I might have missed this discussions on previous threads if it was talked about. If I did, someone please care to briefly reiterate if you have a second...

I'm not sure I believe this.. I just spoke to my bank and no issue. 9/1 was labor day so the earliest your check could have been cut was 9/2 as I'm sure the bank in MIN was closed on that day.....If fact I put in for a check 8/29 and it was cut from EZ on 9/2 (date on the check) and mine showed up last friday. bank has confirmed no issues with the check....You write at first you put in for a withdrawal 9/8 which is this monday then on your last post you put in 9/6. Too many holes here for me to beleive this story.

And why are you talking about processor delays this has nothing to do with a delay...its a bank account with no money in it but certainly not a processor delay.

What my problem I haver about 50 large in that place and you come onto this forum and clearly mistitle and then have your dates all f'ed up.

Why are you asking anyone about processor delays when are having a bounced check issue. Its like asking someone how to cure the flu when you have malaria. WTF your posts are confusing thats my problem.

Sorry about my post title. Do you know how I can edit the post title...I will change it if need be. After reading these threads I'm confident I will get my money....it just scares the crap out of me because I've got a lot of money there and I've never had one problem ever before this instance of receiving checks from a frozen account. Again, my apologies for the thread title. Not sure why that bothered you so much anyway....but lets move forward from that and keep our fingers crossed that we all keep winning bets and getting our money as quickly as possible.

Quick Update on situation:

I just talked with customer service at sportsbetting.com and they told me my two 'frozen checks' would be reissued today. A little bit of a relief, but I'll believe it when the checks show up and clear the bank.

I also asked them about my 'delayed' withdrawal request that I put in for on 9/6, and they said that it is still 'PENDING' and would still be delayed and they would put my request on urgent priority.

I will give updates as I get them...

Dude a check you put in on Saturday is not delayed. Did they say if there was many checks from those day. i just spoke to the bank and the supervisor I know there and they claim they have not herd of any such bounced checks. I'm sure if there is a batch out there people will be coming on here and posting what is up.

I have the same issue. I have been getting funds from them no problem. Then I requested a check on 9/2 and recieved it on 9/8. Deposited it that day and it got returned yesterday. I actually had 3 checks that same day. One was 2460 one was 360 and one for 2500. Only the 2500 came back.

I did withdrawal with them on 9/8 so far no check in the mail. When I get it and deposit it, I will tell you how it turn out.

Well I have 3 checks 2 from 9/8 and one from 9/10. These were requested....No checks have been returned to me and I have deposited 2 in the last 12 days....Please keep us updated I'm waiting on the check from Monday and Wednesday..

guys you aren't getting a check any time soon. Trust me on this one expect delays up to at least a month. Don't expect anything unless they come up with another method for withdrawals which acccording to there email is availalbe....Get your funds back into your account if possible. NOTHING has gone out of this place since 9/8. All checks from September bounced.
