problem claiming BWIN welcome bonus ??

I registered this month with a bwin account , and deposited 30 euros into my account.

I would like to know when I will receive the FREE BET (to match my deposit of 30 euros) any new bwin customer is entitled to.

Can somebody with experience of this matter solve my query ?

Happened to me also, just send them e-mail and notice them that you didnt get bonus and you want it.They will ask you where did you find about that bonus(which banner, or site) and they will credit it manually.

I never understood why their CS is so poor. They are the sponsors of one of the biggest teams in the world, making a lot of money every year, but when it comes to CS they act like they are a 2$ shop with 2 employees.

must have beefed-up their ad-budget, as long as i remember they only offered friends bonus.
