Yes they are good no matter where u use they will ask for verification so a copy of your info will be asked for but that's protocol now

with 5 dimes I just took my cell and took close up pic of front and back of my ID and CC and utility bill then I uploaded to Google docs from my phone(you can download this app from Android market) and then attach to email from your laptop. 5 dimes accepted it but need the authorization form hand filled out and sent which means you will need to physically print off the form and then take pic and upload to google docs.

If it weren't for the hand written autz form you could do it all from phone so simple ...thanks Android market
