Sportsbook (any) deposit question

For those sportsbooks that have either ********** and/or **** deposit methods (not through a processor like Moneybookers...just straight up through ****/**), do they allow to deposit by the prepaid cards you can purchase at a 7/11, Walmart, etc?

Or do the ****/** option have to come from a card registered to the person despositing?
