wow can't see this coming...they closed my account and didn't refund my balance yet, still emailing CS with details

I will open a new thread after a final decision or refund is made. this is B+ rated on SBR!! Unbelievable, I begin to doubt the SBR ratings, they sure do favor sponsors!! This is not acceptable behavior for that rating!! They didn't even inform me of the decision, just blocked my IP from accessing their site!!!
