Is this worthy of a complain or am I missing something? (5dimes)
Got rejected for a withdrawal today when yesterday chat said everything is fine and processed just ask for the W U info on Tuesday. I'll try to make the story short.
In July I ordered SBR Cash for 5dimes, I think it was $250 at the time. Made LOTS AND LOTS of Bets.
Probably rolled it over 10 to 20 times...grinding
Fast forward to Very Early December. I place a future Bet.
Continue to make bets everyday.
I order a $70 SBR Cash in early January
Continued to make bets......lost my $70 on the Patriots in the Super Bowl.
Won my Future bet from December.....want to cash out $xxxx
First they said ok, now today my rollover has not been met on the $70 so it has been rejected.
According to them I've wagered ~$2700 total, I think it was a lot more but still way over rollover.
I've probably wagered $100-200 since getting that $70 sbr cash yet they told me I still have to roll it over 4 times.
I'm not really surprised at this, doubt they like someone turning sbr cash into real cash but I made sure to make like a million bets so this situation would not come up and it still did.
Already have a headache from the "chat"
I want to make a deposit later on for football season because I like the book otherwise but this is rather weak. So much for making the story short.
Even if I roll it over soon, would have to wait till monday again just withdrawal with no huge feels....sigh
