Its a he/she thing with the deposit location, but I refuse to play with a book that I can't trust. The refusal to close my account though is hilarious. They say they need docs to close my account. The same docs I sent them to make a prior withdrawal on my account(id, utility bill) which are on file, had to be for me to get a ** withdrawal. But to close the account they require me to send the same docs I sent months ago, that they currently have on file. One word, incompetence. I know they are hoping I forget about this and wander back to them one day, which is why they refuse to close it. Embarrassing conduct from a supposed top flight book. I'm wittling down my sportsbooks and a few days ago closed my 5Dimes account. I closed it in 5 minutes.
