Need help cashing out of 5dimes

I switched over to this book a few months ago. I made a deposit and am now ready to cash some out.

I never verified my card with them so I was going to do this and cash out, however, when I log into my account, I don't see any information regarding this.

I tried to cash out and it kept saying Processors are not available for the amount you entered.
Please change the amount and retry again



What do I need to do here?

if you haven't initiated the withdrawal yet, you might want to wait until Monday. That's when they process withdrawal requests for free (or for reduced fees)
