Who is this guy? Claims he's the wager manager there and that the only person above him is Tony. He's a complete ass. He said he's in charge when Tony isn't around, but what he should have said it he's a dick head who talks shit to 5dimes customers.

Long story short and for the record I now KNOW I am at fault, but in the 5dimes rules it does NOT specify that a bet placed on a specific quarter is for the points scored ONLY in that quarter. Now I know I'm an idiot for believing it was the total amount of points scored, but I've never placed a wager on 2nd, 3rd, or 4th quarters. I simply tried explaining to him that ANYONE could have made this mistake no matter how idiotic it is, but he continues to be rude and basically tell me he can do whatever he wants.
EDIT I know it's a dumb thing to even post, but it was on a big open parlay I had going so I'm a little heated.Comment -
