Jon - Yesterday when I logged on and went to make a bet on college hoops game the line wasn't adjusted a half point in my favor like usual. I talked to Ben on livechat and he told me you guys were upgrading your software which temporarily caused the half points to not be added in the player's favor and after the game if the half point mattered (pushed or lost by a half point) to contact CS and they would manually regrade the bet accordingly until the software was back in working order. Today the half points are still not being automatically adjusted. Just want to confirm with you that what I was told by Ben was correct. It didn't matter yesterday and probably won't tonight, but if the software upgrade takes weeks, it likely could at some point. Thanks.

Indeed you are correct if during the upgrade you do lose a game or push due to the free half point please contact me or CS and we will manually adjust your account balance.
