Send them an email with the Bet ID/reference and your screenshot.

If your screenshot is genuine it is a very simple case of the wrong amount being paid. If that doesn't work then submit a complaint through SBR.

You can rest assured that William Hill are not trying to screw you out of $20.

I spoke with them(willhill) in live chat. They refused to correctly calculate.

I do not care about $ 20. My concern is that willhill began to steal money.

why did they limit your stake to 0?

I am also going to check more carefully now.
One time I woke up the next day there was extra cash in my account, I checked my statement and it was an adjustment because they didnt add it in properly.

I always send them email if I need help, livechat is useles in most cases. It is grading error probably.

this case is strange imho

you don't want to make a complaint which is strange because if you really want to warn people then letting sbr investigate the case will add credibility to your claims if they are accurate

the fact that they limit you is even stranger because they won't do that unless they have a good reason to want you out

That looks like the most probable reason. 1.40 was way out of line.

It wasn't a dead heat and dead heat rules would anyway be half the stake at 1.40.

From the odds comparison posted by Santo above it looks like a bad line albeit it has been handled strangely.

Only if it exceeds standard uploading size (its by design so as to not disrupt forum view). When attaching images, you cannot click the image to see the original size, which is why uploading directly via mySBR photos or Photobucket is preferred.

The OP should file a sportsbook complaint form.

WHILL limits, steals, low odds ... how on Earth can you give A rating to this? If I would rate bookies, A BOOKIE THAT LIMITS YOU AFTER WINNING 13 EUR combo bets is not worth 1/10. And why not 0/10? Because you can earn 100 EUR per month, which is good ... if you live in Uzbekistan.
