5dimes disabling open parlays?

I'm not even given the option to do an open parlay at 5D. I've never been interested in one til recently. Just wondering if it's automatically disabled or something? The live support isn't being too helpful, but then again it is 3 am.

I just did a 3 team open parlay with 4 open spots..why not call the toll free number

I would much rather be able to do so on the computer. If I wanted to call I would have haha. Do they disable it for certain accounts or something?

It doesn't make sense to me at all. The first live rep I talked to basically told me to **** off. This one I'm speaking to now just got it activated for me... This is weird.

I think it depends I'm if they got laid the night before. The times I've spoken to them seems like they always got laid thankfully but I always here ppl say there rude hope I don't experience it.
