the most alarming thing for me is the lack of urgency to get this corrected on their part. i realized something was messed up pretty bad months ago.

if they dont admit/realize a problem it is tough to get corrected. i have no idea what the next step is as i dont have a decent customer service rep to help me with the situation. strangely anyone i deal with there appears to be in severe denial about withdrawl problem. they get annoyed when i contact them and just act insulted that i question whats going on. i need somewhere at sportsbetting. ag to help get me paid. please!!!

I've received 2 checks and 1 wire from them within this timeframe all delivered in full and within their listed timeframe.

It appears you have received a lot of money from them over the last 3 months and when you make that many withdrawals it opens up room for confusion so as frustrating as this is I would try to be patient with them until they can get it straightened out. Lots of scam artists in this business the book needs to verify that they have not sent you the money already before cutting another check for $4,500, try to be patient and let them figure it out harassing emails and daily bashing on the forums is more likely to slow the process than it is to help speed up the process.

decent news update- with the help of justin7/sbr the funds have been added back to my account and are free to be withdrawn. as i am no longer eligible for a free withdrawal with said method (i requested 2 after the super bowl). a customer service rep is looking into if i can get a 3rd free withdrawal due to these being funds from november! i will post there response. he will be emailing me back.

wish this would have happened last week so i could have used the 4750 on some supper bowl props they had but happy they have finally admitted (by giving me back the funds in account) that i never received payout!

about 50 days ago they asked to see proof i have not been paid. i sent them my online screenshot as proof i have not been paid. they told me then this was acceptable. hence my large frustration now them telling me they need more proof.

I mean what if you cashed your check at another bank using another persons account and just waited for it to clear? Same thing is happening to me - made withdrawal requests beginning in November and have not gotten paid.

I had some issues back in November aswell, but I kept hassling them and eventually got the payout. I've had a couple of payouts since then that were timely.

Might need to get the right person in CS.

I have used them before and never had a problem... then made a large deposit a few months back to get a the large bonus they offered. After reading all of this, I am concerned they might say "i abused their bonus's" and not wanna pay me... though all I did was take advantage and accept was was being offered... I find this book a strange one & do not play there now.

Couple of weeks ago I received email offering 100% re-load but when I contacted c.s. they said it was 10%. They did not say it was an error on the email simply that I could not have the 100%. I suspect that sportsbetting.ag were trying to get players to deposit then not give them the 100% re-load.

I hope you guys who are owed $s do get paid.
