    Intertops- No Pay?
Anyone have any payout issues w/ Intertops recently?

[COLOR=#000000 !important]I am having a delay in payout, the customer service has responded to all inquiries, but cannot give a timeline for payment. Anyone else having issues or have had issues w/ payout from them recently. I have used them many times over the last 10 years and they have always paid. Just starting to get concerned as it has been about 3 weeks.

    Thanks for any insight.

Just a forewarning to anyone who has money on Intertops. I've been trying to get a pay out for weeks now. I requested my "free" wire back on 1/16 and after the 72 hour waiting period I was told I would receive my funds within 7-10 business days. Waited more than ten business days and called their hotline after being stalled with several emails saying there has been a slow down in their bank transfers. Finally after calling, a women explained that they could not send the money via wire transfer and they explained that they would cover the cost of sending the check (normally $50). So I requested payout via check and was told I would receive a confirmation email. I didn't receive the confirmation email so I emailed them back asking why I didn't receive it. I emailed them around noon and got a reply at 5:30 saying, "Unfortunately our payments department is not open on weekends, confirmation will be sent on Monday regarding your withdrawal request." They obviously waited until after normal business hours to reply to me. They are painfully delaying my payout for only $720. Not to mention the person on the phone immediatly told me that wire transfers were no longer working as an option yet in multiple emails before this I was told it might just take a day or two longer.

I am not sure if they don't have enough money to pay me out, or are hoping for a big super bowl weekend profit or what, but I am definitely losing all trusts I've had with this sportsbook. Especially when I used to get my money in about 2 days in the past

why not file a complaint through sbr?

would be the most easiest way to find out ur answers imo...

              All,

I have received my check, and they credited my account 100 for the inconvenience in the meantime. The customer service was a little vague, but after my efforts and 4 weeks... they sent me a check for no fee.

jhippie77 what was the best way to get your problem solved. Right now I'm doing both emailing and calling. I keep getting delayed by a day asking me to call back. wait for more processing etc

                    Hi cupton,

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have been suffering delays with our wire withdrawal service and are currently unable to offer this option. All customers who requested a wire withdrawal while this option was still available will receive their withdrawal amount by check without any fees.

                    Kind regards,
                    Your Intertops Sportsbook Team

Hey everyone just wanted to give an update. Intertops did as they said above. The process took me about 4 weeks but I got a check fed ex to me and they waived the $50 processing fee. All in all, very happy with the outcome.
