betislands wont let you deposit without calling them?

I deposited with BI and didn't have to speak with anyone.

Just did it through livechat, told them I was going to deposit, they gave me a name, and that was that.

i have never spoke to them on the phone ever.. deposited plenty of times.. withdrew as well.. so not sure what this guy means?

there is no way u can do it physically urself through their website without live chatting them as they dont have moneyg names just hanging out for u to see. lol u have to ask for one silly.

Why not? Plenty of other sites automatically give you a name to deposit to without ever having to go on live chat or calling them on the phone.

I just signed up with them as well and it looks like any deposit method you have to call them and I don't see a button for live chat.

Callcenters have PBX that automatically archives incoming phone numbers which can easily have a report run to check... part of the whole system that records incoming conversations. If their policy is North American only then this is considered an additional resource to help confirm and or validate a persons/customers place of origin.
