New service.... cannot buy a rating at SBR. You have to earn a good rating and all services basically start around D and work their way up from there... it is a good system. If a new service is given anything in the C range then they were cooperative with the SBR inquiry and were able to verify beyond the shadow of a doubt that they are solid. SBR wont even give away a C, it shows you how important the rating system is and also the overall integrity of those assigning the ratings. I cant imagine what it is like for a new service to get a call from Dozer or Justin7 (Justin7 the book killer)... if it is a good operation is probably a nice conversation. If it is a shit operation then that is what probably is in their pants at the end of the call. Sorry Lou, have not forgotten about you... just the rock stars come to mind first
