complaint to Bet365: unfair and evil treatment

and to internet forums.

I'd like to make a complaint about unfair treatment by Bet365 customer services.
I sent copies of my national identity card,
but Bet365 replied they require and photos of me holding the ID card.
I went to a professional photographer and
sent the required photos to Bet365.
Then they said it's not clearly visible,
but everything on these photos is clearly visible-my face and every letter and number of the ID card.

Then Bet365 required a photo of me holding both ID card and birth certificate.
I made the photo (I payed again to a professional photographer).
Bet365 told me it is the last thing they require and after that they will reopen my account.
but after I sent the photo,they said again it's not clearly visible.
Bet365 informed me they require a copy of international passport and a photo of me holding both national ID card and international passport.

I realised that everything for Bet365 is not clearly visible.
I contacted Stoke-on-Trent police (UK) and sent all the ID card scans and
photos.
I requested the police to verify my ID card and photos of me holding ID card and ID card and birth certificate.

After a day,Bet365 reopened my account,saying my ID is OK.
I still don't have a reply from police
but I guess the police is the reason Bet365 reopened my account.
Then Bet365 informed me I'm banned to receive promotions.
It is very strange for me as I took only the sign up bonus ( amount: 50 EUR)
and a mobile bonus,but the last has been canceled after withdrawal.
The reason can not be that I took many bonuses or abuse their bonuses,
but again the reason is the unfair and evil treatment from Bet365.

to bet365 customer services: if you don't agree with that,
tell me the reason
for your last decision?

I never had any problems with this guys, but they are targeting a few countries with stupid Id requirements, they defenatly dont want your business
