Can someone recommend someone at 5Dimes that is good at what they do? I opened an account yesterday and am having terrible difficulty with something over there and I'm becoming increasingly frustrated.

Can someone please give me the name of someone over there (must be a manager of some sort) with whom they have had good dealings in the past?

Bottle the frustration. Many of us understand what you mean, but rightly or wrongly, demanding anything rarely seems to work there.
