What time of the day do they usually release CBB totals for the following day? The lines move so quick when totals are released. I've been getting burned .5 to 2 points lately by not playing the opening line.

5 dimes has them up at this time 6am eastern standard. Not sure when they originally post but I think it may be overnight.
