Hi all. i have been with many sportsbooks over the years such as bookmaker, 5dimes and sportsbook. I must say they were all good for different purposes. Sometimes i like to try a new sportsbook to change things up and see what different places have to offer. This has been the most stressful experience i ever had. First off the customer service is really rude in most cases.For example i made a bet and it was pending all day until that night where it totally disappeared. So i called up BetOnline and the woman told me without the ticket number we cant do anything. She told me i should save the ticket number of every bet i put in which is ridiculous. To be honest it was only a $20 bet i had won but its the principle, what if it was 200 dollars. I also called up the customer service once to ask how to take my money out. The guy told me the only way is to scan my CC and a utility bill and send it in a email. I asked if i could fax it since its hard to find a scanner this day in age and he said absolutely not. He said im not here to teach you to scan things either. I called back later to ask another betonline worker and they said sure you could fax it. When you read the site they say the rollover on the bonus is 6 times, some how mine ended up being a 10 time rollover. Which means for a 500 dollar deposit they gave me a 500 dollar bonus. In order to take any money out i had to make $10,000 worth of bets. Im not complaining about my rollover. My issue is after that first 500 dollar deposit i put in another 200 dollars i got no bonus on at all. So two months later i tried to take out the 200 dollars i put in with no bonus and they included it in my roll over from my first deposit. So basically its almost impossible to get your money out of this place. Three times the supervisor Hilary and cody were susspose to contact me about this situation but never did. All i wanted was the $200 i put in that i got no bonus on and they say its impossible. Last week during the lakers blazers game they were susspose to have live betting the whole game and it never came up. I called betonline after the 3rd quarter and the woman was very nasty and said we dont have it on this game even though it was advertised. Then magically after i called the rest of this game had live betting after every commercial break. They honestly don't care how there customers feel. Ill keep you guys updated on the situation but im telling you use another sports book

There are 10 new threads a day created here about how bad they suck. We all know. I have no idea why anyone would play there. Issues that are easily accomplished anywhere else are like pulling teeth with BetOnline. Not to mention they want everything short of a blood sample to w/d and their payouts are glacier slow.
