Betfair account is blocked

Hello,

I'm having trouble with a bookmaker on BetFair. I paid the bet and I checked with a friend if was bet resulting. My friend has just opened an account with them.
Accounts are locked. Good thing I not paid the € 2,000. What is wrong with this?

Perhaps you'd better explain just what your problem is.
Who did you pay for what?
Did you place bets on Betfair?
Did you and your friend do something contrary to Betfair's policy?
Who's account(s) are locked?
Have you sought any explanation from Betfair?
