    5 Dimes Issue
    I can't go into details about the depositing method, as it's a new one for 5Dimes and only available for their long-term customers, but there was a mistake made today with this process.

    100% their fault and I believe it will get resolved with no issues, but their customer service absoultely sucks. They speak down to you as a customer and are flat out rude when you point out an error.

    Anyone else experience this type of Pompus behavior?

    OK, let me get this straight. You say u r a long time customer there? And you didn't know abt the legendary CS which Tony imparts to his staff?

    Something not right with that--or you lost alot of money to them for a long time without incident. Suppose that is possible.

    Dude, no one is inviting tony for tea.

      Never had to really interact with Tony or anyone from Management before.

      I pretty much do everything online until now, I had to phone these assholes.
