I have sent all the necessary documents
but so far they are not answer my emails at all and the phone number is not working at all.

Did you request a payout to your bankaccount or to moneybookers?

Normally it takes about three working days to moneybookers.

Usually it takes up to 7 business days at times. Also, I haven't heard anything about them being in financial troubles. If you require some assistance with this matter you can always fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire on your behalf.
