Unibet Bonus Complaint

Hi,

on the 20th Dec. Unibet had following offer in their xmas-calendar:

"Register for this offer with your username and turn over 40€ in the casino (no restrictions of games) and you will get 20€ the next day in your account"

the 20€ must been turned over 3 times with odds >1.6 before a withdrawel is possible.

I registred for this offer and turned over 40€ at Black Jack. Next day there was no bonus in my account, until yet. 4 emails have been ignored and the livechat is offline all the time.

Any idea how i could move on?

Hi Wizardo -

You can always fill out an SBR Complaint Form if you'd like someone from SBR to attempt to contact them on your behalf, but really I would be a bit patient just due to the holidays although I know it's frustrating. Have you tried calling them?

No i did not try to call them yet. But i guess this could be a good option-I will try this afternoon, when i am home from work
