I have settled the issue with upper managment, they have credited my account and voided wager, as it rightfully should been.

I made a 4 team special 13pt teaser this morning for nfl. One game was philly/minnesota. Then found out game cancelled. I went online to chat about if wager still hadaction, they said that, in case case of a special teaser, it would have no action. If it were a regular teaser, it would revert to the next lower level, which makes sense. I get home and see that they graded the teaser as a loss because one game lost, but they told me before kickoff that the wager would have no action! On top of this, when i called them, they said that when a game is cancelled, the remaining 3 teams, if they allwin, bet would be graded as a push! If any team loses, wager has action! If you win 3 out of 3 and the one game was cancelled, its a push/no action! I have wagered over a decade never heard of something so ridiculous, ever.
Got transcript, but they still dont get it.
Basically, they are saying you can play 4 team teasersfor 13pts, if one game gets cancelled due to snow, weather, etc. YOU HAVE to win the remaining 3 games just to have a push! WTF? I need helpplease. Checked their entire rulebook they have no stipulation whatsoever on a 13team special teaser that it reverts to next lowest payout, there is no payout for that, nor does it say anywhere on their website that remaining 3 teams have action, andf that the "action means" you can lose, or not win! How silly is this? Because of weather, the bettor is punished for one game being cancelled?

DID NOT even doubt for a second they would correct right away. Imagine wagering on 4 team teaser, for 13pts. they are essentially telling the bettor, if one game snowed out/cancelled, ok, if you win remaining 3, we will push your bet you dont win anything. If you lose one game, you lose your full wager. Never ever heard something so b.s. in my life, in 13+years of wagering,ever.

owe them like 3k from week before. didnt settle up. won 2280 this week, so i owe them like 720 still. I will pay them the 720, if they dont correctly cancel the 1280 loss, I wont pay them the 720 i owe, so they wont get squat from me, if you try to rob me I will turn the tables and rob you.

If you filed a complaint, I have a friendly suggestion: stop posting in the forums until we take a swing at it. Don't fan the flames, and give is time to work this out.

Their super teaser rule says: tie+any_loss = loss, tie+all_wins=push. Yeah it sucks, but I think almost all books have the same rule. The only question is when a game is cancelled/delayed, is it really fair to treat this game as tie? Because the player is in no win situation, even he has all the legs that can't result in tie if played.

A canceled game is not a push. It is canceled. If there aren't enough selections left (and it doesn't reduce), the whole wager is no action.

I understand this should be the way for all books to grade, but unfortunately many treat it as push. I know one book graded it as push and reduced my parlay. I think a wager should be graded no action, no matter if it can be reduced or not.

On a parlay, a push and no action both reduce the parlay. That is fine. This only matters for a teaser that cannot reduce.

I'm getting a similar screwing from Sportbet, a 5-Dimes sister book. I had a 2-team teaser with the 2nd leg involving the postponed Philly/Minny game. They are choosing to treat that game as a push, thus causing my teaser to lose. I had no chance to win; the best I could do was tie. My emails have gotten me nowhere with CS, so I've reluctantly asked for the matter to be reviewed by Tony. I dread hearing from him as I know it won't be pleasant.

Make sure you log the chat with Tony. Usually Tony is fair when he doesn't perceive you as taking a shot at him, so I'll be curious how he responds when you point out that he's freerolling any teaser bettors who played the MIN/PHI game since they cannot win and can only push.

In his world there's a very wide description of taking a shot at him (in my case it was beating his soft lines in minor markets that weren't bad lines, at worse they were slow moving) but betting a basic teaser that's later postponed due to weather certainly shouldn't count as taking a shot.

The title is misleading, but so far I see posters saying bet2dsi, betjam, 5dimes and heritage are doing the same. It looks a like popular way of grading cancelled game in un-reducible/super teaser, but a really unfair rule to players.

This is acceptable. Just hope all teasers have other legs won are still pending and players are notified. But I won't be surprised that nobody notice this rule.
