I have problem with Bet365, i have submitted a complain form.. how long it'll takes for them to respond on my case.. anyone have any idea?

allow 24 hours. they respond to it usually into your account in-mail -you may have to login to check,
what was it about, 365 should be top-notch, except for limiting.
