    Anyone else have this problem?
I cashed out 900 via Person 2 Person transfer. Everything went smoothly. BUT, I had to go back and forth between FOUR different locations because the first three told me they didn't have enough cash (I watched two of them count up separate cash registers and came up short). This was two weeks ago, and I've been doing pretty well in the books since then. I am preparing to do a much larger withdrawal, but I'm worried about the stores not being able to handle the request. I'm also VERY concerned about arousing suspicion by picking up such a large amount of cash, although I'm less paranoid about that than I would be about depositing an overseas check or doing a wire. What do you guys think?

Oh and I'm brand new here, but I love the forum I've been visiting for quite a while now and have enjoyed reading the various threads that usually relate to the things I discuss with my buddies IRL. Now I've got the account here so I can contribute in the future.

I know, I always said before if I run in to that problem it'll be the least of my worries... however it's kind of nerve wracking wondering if I'll be able to get the cash out or if feds are going to storm in and take me away. I know I'm just being paranoid, but as far as them not having the cash on hand? Maybe I need to go to a check cashing place... Maybe closer to payday would work out better (I tried a supermarket, a department store, a convenience store, and some store I guess you'd have to call a bodega (the bodega is the one that had the cash) and this was all on a Tuesday.

I don't think the Walmarts near me have the ** or **, but I think I may need to try check cashing stores from now on. Even the lady at the bodega saw the $900 on the form and was like "whoah, I'm not sure we can handle this." Luckily she could.

Some places will let you take it in a money order which you can then deposit in your bank account with no hassle and no worry.

the book I use will only send you a money order if that's the method you used to deposit (which is not the case for me).

WalMart employees don't even know what planet they are on so you won't have any worries there.

Always use a check cashing place if possible. You will NEVER have this problem there.

Second option is Walmart. They do M-on-ey-gram, but not Wes-ter-n-Un-ion

Not hood at all. I had to drive two towns over to get to the bodega that the supermarket recommended to me. Even that wasn't really hood, but it was downtown, all Hispanic, but still a nice area.

As someone said above, you can take a check/money order from the P2P companies if the store doesn't have cash on hand and then just deposit it in your bank. It has nothing to do with the sportsbook's end of things.

I'm so glad you clarified that for me. At first I read it that way, but then I re-read it and it seemed they were speaking about the book itself. This should work beautifully for me.

The upscale areas will not have more cash. Their customers actually have checking accounts.

exactly... how many cash checking places do you see in an upscale area? Those are reserved for the hood

As far as your general question...no you're not going to arouse suspicion or anything. The check in no way is going to imply anything and the bank will not give you an issue....but....

I'm not big on requesting checks these days for w/d's with all the processor issues that seem to be going on. Even an A+ book like 5Dimes had some issues with bounced checks last month. It happens to all books at times due to the nature of the offshore industry. I would always request a wire. That way once the money is in your account your done, you dont have to worry about the check bouncing days or weeks later.

If you dont have a checking account and you planned on taking the check to a check cashing place to cash, I'd say that's a horrible idea. you run the risk of the check cashing place cashing your check and 2 weeks later the cops are knocking on your door because the check bounced. It happened to a friend of mine. Even though he was the "payee" and not the "issuer" of the bad check, those places dont care. They go after who they gave the money to.

So if you dont have a checking acct, get one, and request a wire IMO if the payout is larger than allowed by p2p method.

wow, so I just contacted 5dimes live help to request a W* transfer of $2500... they're saying that the most they can do via that method is $850. Has anyone (5mike5) ever heard of this? First they said that's the most they will ever be able to do, then they said if I wait 1 month from my previous withdrawal, then I'd be able to do the full $2500 in one shot. If I did the $850 a week I'd be getting raped with transfer fees! I was under the impression that $2500 per transaction would be no problem... Last transaction was over 2 weeks ago.

p.s. They told me the max they could do via M* was 600 i think... also they cited the reason for reduced amount was because you can only do $2500 with W* if you've never used that method before... I used them to deposit and withdraw so apparently that makes me ineligible... however I was under the impression that the opposite would be the case... I thought if you never used W* before, then they could only do a smaller transfer, but once you're established with the processor then larger amounts should be fine.... and ideas? anyone else experience this?

p.p.s. They did offer to let me do a check, but I'm nervous about using this method since I've noticed several people on the forums having issues with depositing checks, and the whole idea seems kinda sketchy to me anyway, so I'd prefer to stick with P2P

they only let u recieve the $2,500 p2p withdrawl 1 time a month im pretty sure, but i honestly havent had a problem with it before

u said u have deposited via W* before (costa rica processor) so shouldnt be a problem unless u got a 2500 payout p2p thast way in last 30days

yes u definatley had to use W* as a deposit megthod before u can withdrawl the same way, but M* u could use anythime(M* is a 690 max per week)

they have several W* processors they use and that certain 1 is the costa rica location sending/recieveing

the regular W* processor is 950 max. per week, the other processor os 2500 (per 30 days)

as for checks i really dont bother with checks
