I just wanted to comment on how much I like the customer service from these guys. Ben is cool as hell and he has been such a big help when I have questions. Ashley and Jim are top notch too. I have played with 3 books in the past 6 months and I always have questions. Everytime I go to BI's live chat these people are so polite and so helpful. If you have had problems with CS at your books and it is annoying give BetIslands a try. I have never had a cashout yet though lol so I can't give any feedback from those. I will soon though. <crossing fingers> I am bad with money management.
