I really liked bodog.....Nice interface, good customer service, good looking bodog becky to help us but payouts recently have not been good.

I did file a complaint about 6 weeks ago and emailed Lou on 3-4 occasions and he has never replied.

Please be advised that in regard to your payout with Reference Number ****** for **** dated December 18 2011 via Check by Courier, we are awaiting still for the tracking number from our provider, which we can tell you now that it is DHL, in order to send it to you through your Bovada account messages.

Kindly note that Check by Courier Payouts take an estimated time frame of 15 business days to be approved and delivered, and yours is on its 14th business day, so you should be receiving your check anytime soon.

We deeply apologize since your payout suffered a slight delay due to the holidays, but we can assure you that as soon as the tracking number is available for it, you will be notified immediately so you can track your payout right away.

We really appreciate your understanding and patience regarding this matter and we apologize for any inconveniences that this may have caused you.

They can tell me the courier now but cant get me a tracking number how am I suposed to know when to be home to sign What I am thinking it hasnt even been cut yet and its buss day 15 not 14 and still no tracking # Will keep people posted if i receive in the next few days and how the cashing of check goes also if I get it

Day 38 since I requested my payout. Emailed customer service today they said it is a banking issue and thanks for the continued patience and the payouts team is working on it. I received basically the same email 10 times saying banking issue/ high volume during season and I never seem to get a date on when I will receive my money.

Is it still a guaranteed payout if it takes months to get? So somehow you can deposit money onto bodog, you just can't get it off. Starting to get doubtful if I will ever get my money considering they have been working on this banking issue for more then a month.

The delays that a small group of bodog.ca players were experiencing with their payouts have been resolved which is great! However, I cannot speak for Bovada as I am not involved at all- I work for BodogBrand.com.

Please don't forget that Bovada and Bodog.ca are two completely different companies with different ownership & finance teams.

phouse19, this was posted just before you received the email from bodog.ca confirming your payout is arriving this week, Thurs at the latest, correct? Based on the times of our email exchanges on the 6th I believe this is the case!

I'm sorry, you're right- I should have been more clear. I meant that the issues were resolved between bodog.ca and the processor so all the affected payouts are now finally on their way. Please let me know when you receive your money, should be very, very soon now.

It seems like like Bodog and Bovada are managed by the same people. Blowvada circles games that you can not parlay just like Bodog. Having checked to see if the lines come up late as well, but I would guess they do.

Just checked my Bovada account and they do not have NFL Playoff lines posted. All NBA games are circled in red meaning you can not parlay or tease. If they are not manged by the same people, they are sure following Bodog's lead.

Recieved my check yesterday International bank draft but drawn on us bank.Went to bank drawn on had to wait a few for them to verify the check and they got verification CASH IN HAND now guess I can continue to use bovada with confidence now!!Hopefully they will work on the time frame to get the check by courier though other than that I am relived all went well!!!

I also got my most recent payout from last week. Looks like payouts are moving along in a timely fashion. Hopefully bodog keeps this up. Requested another one on Tuesday will let everyone know when I receive it.
