Anyone else having trouble depositing DSI online?

I have nine ways to deposit online. Anytime I click on ANY of them, the live chat box pops up, preventing me from depositing. I have spoken to CS, e-mailed DSI guys off this site, nothing working yet.

Anyone "been there, done that" and fixed it?

Hit CTRL SHIFT DEL, delete your cache, log out and try it again.
