the 'much appreciated' asian book is closing your account if you dare to withdraw your full balance...

We are sorry to inform you that your account has been closed due to full withdrawal of funds from your last transaction last September 2011; it is our payment policy to at least let EUR 1.00 remain after a withdrawal request of funds to avoid automatic account closure.

With deepest regrets, we are unable to reopen your account; henceforth to avoid such inconvenience please leave atleast 1 EUR in your account for every withdrawal request.

It is weird but is not a new policy for them and it is strange that they didn't give you some sort of 'warning'. I tried to make a full withdrawal 4+ years ago and got the below email.

didn't know about this policy, thought they close it after 6 months with no activity and now you also have to keep a balance...kinda demanding bookie, they want only active customers.
