BOL "slow pay" has become "no pay" for me

i got another set of payouts from bol this week. no sbr complaints filed either.

As long as you use offshore books, this is going to continue. The "Processor" is nothing more than a convient excuse to cover their tails if they have a "cash flow" problem, which many of these offshore books have. Yes, there are legitimate "Processor" iossues, but not nearly as many as these books will have you think. Bottome line: You guys are getting screwed. You are paying to place your wagers (vig), payhing to collect your winnings, ehich are rightfully yours, waiting weeks in some cases to receive YOUR money, and running the risk of some off shore book cosing it's doors anytime it, or the Feds want them to. Good luck with that.

If Heritage was attempting to seize client funds w/o cause then yes. If Heritage's CS was piss-poor then yes. But this is not the case. Books like Heritage and BetIslands typically get it right the first time, and if not you can deal directly with them to resolve the matter. Not so with BOL in my limited experience.

There are left over poker complaints never resolved on other forums that are unlikely to ever go anywhere and I'm pretty well convinced their security department is a profitable one. The claim they always pay is false, because it doesn't apply to the poker side. If you win enough at poker they will attempt to cheat you and so far only a few token louder cases have been properly addressed. So I don't blame anyone for getting sketchy.

With that said, bounced checks happen, just nature of trying to bet from the United States.

The two choices aren't mutually exclusive. (I vote both.)

PS My claim of no-pay was an overreation, I fully admit it. Chalk it up to the frustration I was having with poor CS at BOL.

Eh I chalk it up to posturing and wanting to be paid fast - nothing wrong with making getting paid a PR issue from time to time.

@durito - no obviously not certain - but everything is about results, intent makes little difference. At bare minimum I believe BetOnline is profiting from confiscating funds - and yeah all poker related. Probably extremely incompetent, but doesn't change it is happening.

Here's the condensed verson, leaving out the repeated lies and incompetence by BetOnline's CS:

A $2500 check was requested on November 11th. I selected the 7-day "express" method and it arrived November 28th, 10 days late. It was returned to my bank Non-Payable four days later on December 2nd. I called the bank today and was told the ***** is "ficticious/altered", whatever that means. All I know is the $2500 ***** is bad and, to add insult to injury, an $8 return fee was charged. A complaint has been filed with SBR.

Not sticking up for bol, but I've had checks bounce from quite a few different reputable gambling sites over the years and it doesn't mean they stiffed you. Means processor cut and ran, or the feds froze the account ect. If BOL isn't a stiff book they should pay and refund any fees and offer a bonus or something for the trouble.

and $8 is cheap, pretty sure my bank is $25 or $30. They'll probably hassle you for documentation to prove it wasn't deposited..and with BOL you might end up with more stall tactics but unless they are now stiff book you should eventually get paid. GL hedgehog
