also, i don't know what they mean by covering "up to $40", since they covered the full 60 for my last payout.

Read the payout section of their site. One free payout per 30 days on Mondays from 9am-1pm et for certain methods (full fee covered, not just $40).

exactly. however, often times you have to remind them that it was free. then they go, 'Oh, sorry about that. I'll remove the fee right away.'

Not sure what you mean. The "Daily Figure" and "Weekly Figure" options are there for me.

Should I contact 5dimes earlier than monday for the possible hoops to cashout? I recall last time having to fill out a CC authorization form and having to scan my drivers license before I could get paid.
