Marathonbet 100% great,havent had any problems with them,fast payouts,betcity is ok for me but i dont use it often,i open my account maybe 2 weeks ago but still didnt make any payout but they dont accept CC only Eco card,for rest i dont know i didnt use them.

Yes, true, good odds, fast payouts. Fast limits also. After they limit you, you can use their sister site Panbet.

Like Shari said, they are a scam. If your friend is not betting North American sports, which judging by the other books he uses he isnt, then he is more likely to have his funds stolen. Less blow-back.

golpas is a scam book! They don't pay and don't replay to any e-mail!
Unfortunately i have bet on this shit book before reading the opinion of russian bettors.
The evidence of the scam is clear visiting russian wikipedia and searching golpas or reading on russian forums.
I don't know russian but if you use google chrome you could use the translate function.

Marathon, instead, should be a good book and it's is identical to panbet. Anyway these two books limit quickly.
