Whats the verification process like at Pinnacle? At Bodog, I was required to scan a bunch of stuff.

Also, I'll most likely be using wire. How much are the fees to deposit and withdraw from Pinnacle?

Ok, I can't use that word but sign up with that company and you can deposit or withdraw money from your Canadian bank account.
I am cheap and don't like to pay fees and this way is free.

Unless you don't need money in a hurry I withdrew from 5 Dimes 2 years ago using their courier for free on Mondays during their time period.
