I say they should pay the balance you had prior to the stab. Any game you wagered after the game was played should be null and yes closing your account should be the right way to go.

Notwithstanding anything in this agreement, in the event of any dispute regarding a wager or winnings, the decision of CreditWagering.com will be final and binding in all matters.

Termination of Agreement

The agreement between CreditWagering.com and the customer may be terminated by the customer at the customer's request. Or if deemed necessary CreditWagering.com reserves the right to revoke the agreement between the user and CreditWagering.com.
