it worked for me in the 1st half of the packer game, after that all blank. they tell me its my fault and its working fine. i cleared cookies and all but still nothing. is it on me?

after spending hours on end, and constantly being told by live chat it was a tech issue on my side, i emailed them tonight. they emailed me back that im not a recreational player and cant have live betting.
wtf??? i dont care, there right to not let me do this but this info could have been a litttle more useful before i spent 5 hours switching computers, switching browsers, clearing cookies, refreshing and being called an idiot by there live chat. where is the communication to your customers!!! i have been asking about the live betting since the 3rd quarter of the giant game. this is service i didnt expect at the great heritage.Comment -

its not a matter of meeting my needs (of course i want live betting but you dont have to offer it to me, its not your call. i dont even think i have been winning with it but whatever). this is more a matter of communication to clients.
i spent countelss hours yesterday trying to fix the live betting on my end. customer service could have solved this by simply notifying me it was disabled prior to the day. or at the very least letting me know when i contact live chat. instead im told to clear cookies, switch browsers, keep refreshing etc etc. same thing happend on a smaller scale with the contest central that doesnt appear for me. was a most frustrating experience i had at heritageComment -

The CS told me to do the same clean cookies, restart computer thing etc when I reported the contest tab missing. I later figure out myself that it is just taken away because I took a payout or something. Why not just let the CS people know about this? It makes both CS and player going around circles, and frustrated.Comment -
