why is allyoubet unrated?

I noticed that allyoubet seems to be the same bookmaker as 10bet. I liked the fact that you can see the max bet allowed, but when I read some of the things about them on the forum it seems that precaution is advised with this bookmaker.

Are they unrated because it's the same thing as 10bet? So it's ok to presume they are C just as 10bet?

I dont think it is the same, someone mentioned somewhere that they are on a different network, but I thought this when I was on both their sites, identical in every way.

Apart from 10bet try and tell you, you have an actual bonus balance, which is more than false, allyoubet tell you how it is.

They are different books.
