    Withdrawl dilema with a CC
After using one book for 6 months and having never ask for a payout. Since I used a CC to deposit they need a copy of the front and back of the CC for verification. Can't find the card and the CC card will only issue a new one with a new number. Have over 11K in the book and need the money to pay off bills.

Card mysteriously went missing at the time you need to have a copy of the front/back?

I'm getting up there in age and never had a CC I "couldn't find".

best of luck in this situation though.

Unfortunately I had over 20 CC and decided to clean up my act. I either misplaced it or probably cut it up. Also unfortunately I'm a little unorganized and might of lost it but can't find it.

Add an additional user to the card (wife, son, dad, etc) and they will send you a replacement card with the same numbers.

When requesting a w/d it's general practice for them to ask retroactively for documents of ALL cc's you've used to deposit in the past that they dont already have docs on file for, even if the winnings you're currently withdrawing weren't derived from a deposit with said card. However, you just need to explain the situation to them and I'm sure they'll accept an old monthly statement (in place of front/back card) which you can still get from the cc company even though you have a new card/number now.

I definitely agree and will get a statement for that CC. I also learn my lesson about not CC to fund books.

Another option is to call them and tell them that your card is demagnitized instead of lost and they should furnish you another one with the same cc number.

Neither of these suggestions apply here. OP said is old card expired or whatever and he was issued a new card with a NEW number. Your suggestions just tell him how to get a replacement card with the NEW number. 5D wants a copy of the old card/number, which there is no way to get now.

Reading comprehension isn't your strength, I am guessing. OP had not received a new card yet and it looks like this worked for him from his last post.

Everything worked out using my bank statement. I was even able to make a payout right away. Thanks for the help

Alot of people run into these problem when they throw away gift cards after use or even prepaid cards. Some books dont want copies of gift cards but some will make you send the info just to stall a payout if its big enough.
