Ummm.. Because they really are checking your account to see if you've met all rollover and/or other restrictions that may have been attached to your deposit. Even if you didnt take a bonus there are other restrictions that might be applicable. For instance if you deposited with a cc, there is usually a waiting period before you can w/d, etc, etc. There just making sure you are free and clear to w/d your funds.

I'm straight cash homie... no roll overs no bonuses.. nothing.... I think they do it just to frustrate you

You can let them wait for 5 minutes in chat when you deposit, as a pay back.

You can tell them please wait and let me check your sbr rating, standing complains, blah blah.

And ask them to send you the front and back copy of their gaming license.

I caught one chat operative (at DSI i think) involved in more than one chat at once. I bet they don't do that when you are chatting about a deposit.
