5D now not grading bets

In addition to everything else 5D is doing wrong, they've slowed down dramatically on grading bets this week, and have now, on Saturday night, stopped completely -- at least w/r/t my account.

What are they doing wrong exactly? Having a processor issue is not "doing something wrong" and they grade just fine.

theyhave been slower then the used to be the last 3 weeks or so, i have noticed on quarter bets and such. have even requested to have wagers graded and still have to wait another 30-60 minutes from time of request

i've found they are very quick on the 4 major sports but any kind of soccer or tennis game and it takes forever. sometimes takes a while from horse bets as well but i think they get graded from different ppl

I've noticed some halftime bets and props of mine have been graded slower lately.It's no big deal really as long as they are correct when they do.

Well, think about it. It's in the Books best interest to grade a bet fast, so you can bet again. If they didn't grade a bet instantly it's because of the volume and/or their process to grade correctly.

Believe me, if they had a problem, it will be corrected. They want you to bet as often as possible and slow grading hinders that.

To follow up -- the problem appears to have been temporary. I'm relatively new to 5D, and while grading of NCAAB seems slower than NFL or NCAAF, what I experienced yesterday seems to have been a blip, albeit a frustrating one in the moment.

I'm not unhappy with 5D, although I've only been there three months and I wasn't one of the people caught up in the *** issue. My payouts have come in timely fashion to date.

I play with 5dimes every day... bets are always graded quickly, normally within minutes of the game ending.
