    Sbgglobal d- rating ... Reaffirmed!!!
SBG was out of the depths and doldrums of the despicable 'D' ratings (much less D-), and had risen into the 'C' ratings (as far as I was concerned), when my last payout request that I reported on was available within 2 days. Things however, have suddenly reverted back to their dismal ways, of intentionally and purposely stalling a p-2-p payout request. And what is really inexplicable, is the blatant lying and wretched service.

Before I share with you my last payout request saga, I wish to share with you my last experience depositing with SBG. Though before I do that, please keep in mind that this place publishes the following:
    • World’s Most Respected Sportsbook
    • Always striving to provide our customers with the very best service
    • We continue to demonstrate that we are the online gaming industry leader
Those are their words folks, not mine! Just keep those words in mind as you read. Certainly about as hilarious as you can get. So about an hour before MNF, I decide to send a p-2-p deposit to these guys, which I figure once I have the ref #, give 'em 10, maybe 15, even 20 minutes. 30 minutes before kickoff, I submit the ref #. Their site tells me the money will be in my account "in a few minutes" and if not, to call them with the trace ID #.

After waiting 20 minutes without the credit, I call 'em. Guy tells me, "there is nothing we can do. All we can do is wait." Then tells me to check back in 30 minutes. [WTF is your site going to tell me my money will be in my account in a few minutes, and if not to call your striving c/s, so that you can F'n tell me can't do anything ] I Figure have no choice but to settle for halftime action. You think giving them 2 hours then will suffice?

Hour later I call 'em back. Lady now tells me, get this, that the Nicaraguan agency is closed and so won't get credit 'til tomorrow.

You tell me if I send you the money it will be in my acct in a few mins. Then after sending the money, NOW you want to tell me something is closed? So when I accuse this place of 'blatant lying and wretched service' I do hope you all agree.

You think this lady then empathizes for me? Lady then tries to throw the blame at me, something about I should inquire about their cutoff times. SBG's woeful customer service is at the bottom with like bodog.

Upon requesting payout the next day, I am told that I will be able to get my p-2-p ref # within 24 hrs, if not sooner. 24 hrs later, money still sitting in my acct. 48 hrs later, money still sitting in my acct. 72 hrs later, money still sitting in my acct.

Call 'em 5 times, speak to 5 different people, get 5 different answers, and NONE of 'em have a clue about customer SERVICE. ALL of 'em were just ... been trying to figure out with their service this bad, that either they outsource their c/s to a cheaply run call center, or they're like a mob family running this place themselves out of a garage. Because when you call them, there is no impression # 1 that you are speaking to people who are actually employed by SBG, but instead, you are speaking to people who are employed by a 3rd party service provider to represent SBG, but they could care less what your tribulation is. Or # 2, you got the Godfather's nephews being forced to answer the phone, and no thank you for calling SBG may I have your acct # please, it's acct # password and hurry the F up, what the F do you want, I got games going off we're going around in circles, call back another time type of demeanor. But don't worry, they're striving baby.

Yea one guy said payout by next day. Another says 4 days for money to removed from acct, and then 24 hrs for ref #. Another says 24 hours for money to be removed from acct, and then 4 days for ref #. Another told me 4 days for money to be removed from acct, and then 72 hrs for ref #. They can't keep up with their own lies. Tried to just ask them point blank, by when will the money be removed from my acct? Friday? Sat? Monday? It's like talking to the guy posing as customer service rep Peggy in the Capial One CC commercial.

Eventually did one-time get to the so called supervisor. Felt like the guy was going to say, Yo, you'll get your money if and when we feel like giving it to you, and if you open your mouth again I'm going to send Moose & Rocko to slice your throat, capiche (or however the Italian word is spelled).

Is it just ignorance that anyone uses this place, as they presumed I'm ignorant when they all spoke to me? One rep goes off to tell me because I'm in the U.S is what causes the delay. Basically, all the 'A' rated Books not only ALL do next day if not same day p-2-p payouts, most give one free per month. With the 'A' rated Books you request your payout, the money is gone from your acct, and you get your money. It's really simple.

This ploy of SBG leaving the money in the acct is atrocious. Ironically, if they had just taken the money out of my acct same day, which every reputable Book does, and sent it to me I'm wagering tonight instead of authoring this thread. So I decided in honor of SBG's futility, I chose not to wager tonight, and instead to give them the bashing that they so richly deserve.

BTW for those wondering, I really should've only ever considered using SBG for their MLB lines. At this point, no one to blame but myself for choosing them. Just I for once got a fast payout from them last time, so when any Book does that that Book is on my list of Books to use to redeposit, naturally. By the same token, any Book that purposely delays the payout, employs stalling tactics, lies, deceives and/or all of the above in the case of SBG, is sent to the boycott/banned/black list.

9 out of 10 folks who contributed to my last threads about SBG, all pretty much warned about using SBG, how they've just flat out not paid and stolen winnings from people. Pointed out the documentation right here at SBR that has earned SBG the dubious honor of a D- rating. Summed it all up by saying with all the quality 'A' rated Books out there that we can choose from, why on Earth would one subject themselves to the deplorable D- rated SBG?

Dream that hundreds of folks call SBG right now and ask their c/s the following: You publish that you are the world's most respected sportsbook, right? As determined how and by whom? See what they tell you. You want to see what scumbag c/s is like, just call SBG and ask them to substantiate their bold pie-in-the sky claim. Good luck!

So my question to the readers, do you think SBG outsources their c/s, or are they just a rinky dink outfit?

Anyway, no more SBG for me. No more! They just suck.

Playing with books at that end of the spectrum is always a matter of balancing the risk of not getting paid with the reward of how easy their lines are to beat (and/or a great bonus if you are that way inclined).

If they have liquidity/solvency issues then, of course their CS is going to give you the runaround, they can't say "sorry but we have no money at the moment, try again next week".

    Hope you get things sorted.

I wish I would have joined this forum before joining SBG but I'll provide updates on my experience with them.

I joined SBG on 11/9 with a $100 deposit. A couple of days later I asked if I was entitled to a sign up bonus and they immediately gave me $15. as of 11/21 my account is up to $170.

If I can grow it a little more I will attempt a withdrawal and report.

I'll definitely look the A grade books before making any larger deposits.

If you're a Moneybookers player, you'll get paid within 24 hours. $0 fee.

There are books rated D here that pay faster than some A or B+ books.
