Spoke to John who I believe is there cust svc manager about some lines and what not..he told me one of my greek accts had money left in it from when they merged. I was using the primary heritage acct that I had funded before the bet jam and spiro partnership. Gets better, I also had money in the bet jam account..total of about 300 bucks that i never would of known about/used as I was using the main heritage account. It would of ben there forever and remained dormat. It is awesome that a book would go out of there way to be honest and let me know about this..now all my money is in one account to be used or withdrawn etc. They offer so much to the players..get out of half time bets..contests..you name it..now add very honest book to the list. I am very happy with them and that is key when it is tough for a us punter to be betting in these times.

disagree, they didn't have to search for old accounts and tell me i had some money in there. I thought those accounts had zero. Could a rogue book or an employee of hidden thoise funds persay and turn around to a mgr and maybe split that moeny with the book as a profit..im sure it has happened.
