Seems like there are less and less options for both than in the past. It's starting to become clear to go local or Vegas. Especially if MGM books eventually go live, and the large corps start to cash in on online gaming. Which is going on for Nevada residents now.
I use 5Dimes, and the fees alone make you think twice about depositing or going local.
