Guys is there a reason you haven't downgraded Betonline's rating? There have been numerous complaints about payouts and customer service and they are justified. I sent in a complaint and haven't heard back from Lou, except to say "He's working on it". I can't move a dollar out of my account there and I have 5 figures there. Sportsbookreview used to be credible, but this is terrible. No way these guys are A-. What is going on?
