No, they share the same building and maybe some infrastructure but are in no way the same company. I even asked about doing a sportsbook transfer one time and jazz said no. The DPT Company (Jazz) also runs land based casinos in costa rica. I always wondered if one could pick up a withdrawal at one of the casinos.
