I made a deposit about an hour ago I spoke to a representative and gave him all my info.
He says this deposit is pending and the funds will be there shortly.
Hour later I called them (chat online) and this guy had no idea that I made a deposit.
Apparently the person that I spoke with had all the info except confirmation \#.
If confirmation \# was missing why did they not call me?
