Since my original wire request that was delayed it seems as if they have fixed the problems. Today is the 10th day on one of my requested payouts. I received the last one on day 10.

Alex, any way you can look into a payout for 4,500. It was due on the 31st and the only answer I can get is there are currently delays for this method and it may take a few days. All I want is an actual timeline so I can plan my action for this weekends games. Thanks.

Day 30 of my 3.5K wire approved by BetOnline Oct 5th. I was told yesterday "10 more business days"! Do not do a wire!!!!

I had been waiting for a **** payout since Monday which was the 10 business day payout period. I was told earlier in the week they were experiencing delays and give them until Friday. No transfer as of this morning so I called and the cs rep put me on hold for about 5 min and then said they were sorry for the delay, would refund the fee, and make sure it was there within 24 hours. I checked, the money is there and the fee was in my BO account.

We have such a love hate relationship. I will keep using them and hopefully they will have it all straightened out soon.

I have had ridiculous trouble trying to get paid. My amount was only 1,000. I requested a check via ups that was supposed to take a week. When I called to check after a week they said I had chosen a method that gave them 15 business days. After 15 days came and went without a payout, they gave no explanation for the delay but asked if I wanted to change to a ** payout. That was five days ago and now they are saying to wait til Monday after 6. I can't wait to hear what they will tell me then.

They pay.....they consistently do sportsbook transfers within 1 day. It seems to be just wires that have been getting delayed.

I'm having this payout problem with Betonline right now. I had requested a payout on Friday, May 25, 2012. I contacted Customer Service via phone and they said that I should receive the check (Expresscheck) in 7 business days and that they would have the tracking number for me right away.

I called on Friday, June 1 2012, for a tracking number. Customer Service guy says call on Saturday. So, I call Saturday June 2 2012. The Customer Service guy says call on Monday.

So, I call on Monday June 3 2012. The Customer Service guy says call on Tuesday.

So, I call on Tuesday June 4 2012. The Customer Service guy says call on Wednesday.

So, I call on Wednesday June 5 2012. The Customer Service guy says call on Thursday.

I ask the customer service guy, "How in the world would you feel if someone gave this sort of run-around to you?" The customer service guy says, "I'd just call back. What else do you want?"

I respond, "Could I talk to a supervisor? I'd like to lodge a complaint." The customer service guy says, "You're talking to a manager."

Wow.

That guy's name is Jimmy. He said that he is the night shift manager and that he has been there for 7 years.

7 years?!

I don't know how this POS company has been in business for 7 years. I should have listened to all the negative reviews on the internet about Betonline.com.

Warning SBR members - Do NOT sign up for Betonline. It is a crappy company with crappy service. Just google "Betonline payout problem" to find out for yourself. Lots of posts from former members about their scummy ways.

In addition, their software is screwed up. As of today (June 7, 2012), players cannot transfer their own money from the sportsbook to the poker software to play poker.

Betonline - I'd appreciate your response.
